"The hotel transfer to and from airport was wonderful, they even offer shuttles into town for those that want to do some last minute shopping. Narita is well worth the stop for anyone going to Japan, it was actually a highlight for us given the lack of crowds, beautiful nature and temples.
If you have respiratory issues at all I would be cautious because some of the “garden suite” rooms on the older side of the hotel have black mould, the hotel staff were quick to remedy my concern by placing us in one their rooms that was more recently renovated. I think it’s inevitable that any older hotel in an area of such high humidity will have some mould issues."
