"The receptionist was excellent, very helpful couldn’t do enough for you. However the bar staff was rude, ignored me, whilst waiting to be served for food and drink. When he did serve me he forgot he was serving me and served someone else, I had to call him back to finish my order. The food was awful the chips were half cooked, the fish was all batter and no fish. Wouldn’t have food at your hotel again. Thanks "

"The perfect location especially if attending an event at the O2 which is less than a 10 min drive away. We checked in late at around midnight and the staff were brilliant. I have mobility issues and they were quick to ensure the room we had was suitable. Very impressed with all the staff. Peter on reception was brilliant. Will definitely stay again. "

"Located at the end of the shuttle. GATWICK NORTH. Take the SHUTTLE train, as you exit, walk a few feet and U-TURN to the elevators. ((Do not go inside Terminal). Elevator one level down, you will see hotel as doors open, cross street, and walk up to the far entrance doors (LG), take elevator up to Level O for RECEPTION. "

"The hotel was very close to the airport, just a few minutes on the bus and check out was quick and friendly. Rooms were very clean. However, the fire alarm went off at 3.30am, and the staff on the check out desk didn’t seem particularly concerned or bothered about this when I told him it had woken us up and ruined our sleep. A bit of a disappointing end to our stay. "
