"One of our favorites! Our family has traveled many places and this home is among the best! Spacious, comfortable, warm and luxurious! Location is just 10 Minutes drive west to Arabba and 20 minutes east to Passo di Falzarego. Great location for your skiing adventure. Amazing furnishings with great kitchen and baths. Breathtaking views too! Owner and House Manager so very helpful in setting up a private our private Chef Roberto and Fillipo our ski guide, both did amazing job! Excellent stay."

"Das Haus ist sehr speziell, weil auf 3 Ebenen, sehr verwinkelt und das Kellergeschoss nur bedingt nutzbar.Für uns, 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder, war die Bettenverteilung gut möglich. Für mehr Personen ist es wegen der 2 Betten im Untergeschoss mit gefangenerm Bad nicht empfehlenswert. Wenn man sich nicht daran stört, dass die Schränke zum größten Teil mit den Sachen des Eigentümers gefüllt sind, war die Ausstattung gut. Nur der Geschirrspüler war leider defekt. "Falcade hat uns gut gefallen wir schätzten die Grosse kinderfreundliche spielplatzanlage und die schöne Naturlandschaft.Falcade ist ein guter Ausgangsort für verschiedene Touren und traumhafte Täler.die Unterkunft war nicht sehr sauber und die küche schlecht eingerichted auch der dampfabzug hat nicht funktioniert.die kommunikation mit dem Betreiber hat nicht so gut funktioniert und auch die Bettwäsche wurde nicht wie abgemacht bereitgestellt.wir mussten in unseren Schlafsäcken schlafen."

"This is a beautifully situated property with a fantastic view on the mountains. Excellent for starting hiking and climbing tours. Cosy, well equipped. Bedrooms are small, but not the beds, so its fine, except for those who require lots of space for sleeping. We really enjoyed our stay and certainly will come back for another vacations."

"Pros: Das Haus ist sehr schön, die Lage toll. Cons: Hatte mir schon die Mühe gemacht eine Längere Ausführung zu schreiben, aber die Begrenzung auf 1000 Zeichen ließ dies nicht zu. Kurz gesagt: Die Kommunikation ist Katastrophal. Adresse wurde uns erst herausgegeben nachdem wir absurde nicht vereinbarte Nebenkosten gezahlt haben. Die Stornofrist war mittlerweile abgelaufen, weil wir uns erst sehr spät mit der Anfahrtsvorplanung beschäftigt und dementsprechend nach der Adresse gefragt haben,...

"The apartment is part of an historical building and has stunning features, including two fireplaces. It has all you need to spend your vacations in the area. The bedrooms are spacious, and the shower has great water pressure (sometimes a real commodity in vacation rentals). Beautiful spot

"Loved this place!!! It is not modern but it is cute and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was great with the most amazing view of the mountains. We were here late May and most places around were closed for the season still. We did find a few places not far but not walking distance. "

"We spend a nice one night stay overall. The team working on site is very helpful and kind. The manager is very sweet. The free Italian breakfast was good and included cereals, pannetone, muffins, cheese, ham, yogurt, milkc cake, juice and coffee/tea. Even though we had been upgraded, we found the room quite small (but functional). "

"The owner and staff at the hotel were very friendly and helped me find transportation. I visited for a ski trip at the end of the year and had booked two hotels, so I needed a ride from one to the other. I knew it wouldn’t be easy, but it turned out to be much harder than I expected! Since it was the end of the year and taxis aren’t the main mode of transportation in the Dolomites, I struggled to reach any taxi companies. However, the owner and staff went above and beyond to help me. They kept calling different taxi companies, speaking in Italian over and over, and after five or six tries, they finally found a ride for me! I truly appreciate their effort and kindness."
