"The location is great as we could see the lift bridge from our balcony. We could walk to canal park or take the shuttle to save some steps. The staff was great! The breakfast offered lots of options and was very good."

"Staff was very helpful, welcoming and kind. Room was great, however, parking not ideal and the 2nd floor balcony was a huge let down. The balcony with the great views is obviously the main selling point of the rooms, and we were so excited to just sit and relax out there for hours, but, the balcony was dirty with dead bugs, and left over food/crumbs/spills from previous guests and did not give privacy vibes at all, as there was a weird separation inbetween balconies, where you can see in rooms and the people next to you, we had to sit with the people next to us and it just made the balcony experience awkward for everyone."

"This was our third time staying at the Larsmont cottages. I look forward to coming again next year! It is on such a beautiful setting! It’s a time to unwind and sit by a fire and have s’mores if you choose to. I love that they’ll make the fire for us! This mornings are also complementary! They have so many different coloring contest and crafts for kids as well! It’s a beautiful restaurant on site that I spent a a lot of time I love the cottages!"

"Definitely a 5 star. Gave 4 because second bed is a full…..queen would have made our night of sleep much better. There were only 2 regular coffees for 4 adults. Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful with good recommendations. We enjoyed the balcony in the evening and morning. All staff we encountered were great!"

"Breakfast area needs MORE ATTN to detail, people making messes & no one present to check on if product needs refilling ie waffle mix syrup cream cheese etc. Coffee area was a disaster dirty & not wiped down in 3 days being there. Floor was never vacuumed table tops sticky. If this is a selling point attn to detail is needed. From a Hotel manager myself!"

"Excellent location and fantastic property. Host were excellent- great personalities and communication. Property was as described and pictured, was a great time for our family reunion. Comfortably slept 10 adults, just a couple of privacy concerns if not related or extremely conservative (need to pass through another sleep area to use bathrooms on upper/lower floors. Great time!"
