"This house did not feel stable or safe. It is very very old, and many things weren't working: fireplace, washer, hot water in sinks and upper shower, coffee machine, shower doors broken, etc. The floors upstairs and stairs creaked so much they felt like they were about to fall through. Massive spiders in the house as well which we havent seen at all. There was lots of black mold behind kitchen sink, coffee machine was very dirty, junk in driveway.
