"We loved our stay at this well appointed cozy beautiful hotel! The food was great (I had awesome schnitzel) the room was very pretty, and the service was excellent. I’m fairly picky and was delighted to be impressed!!! We also thoroughly enjoyed the location. It was just a stairway down to the river and we could walk to the redwood forest for hiking. Definitely will stay there again!! "

"Mike and Debbie are fantastic hosts. The breakfasts were amazing and our room was quite comfy. We took advantage of the hot tub. Perfect after a long day of hiking. There's also a sauna but we ran out of time. Maybe next time. We'll definitely be back!"

Only hiccup we had, was no instructions to access the property, but we contacted the owner and that was resolved quickly. The internet was an issue but again, contacted the owner and it was resolved quickly (modem name got changed by the vendor). Hands down, the best stocked kitchen I have seen yet!!!
