Gracious and Accommodating

The staff here was top notch. We had to shift rooms since we booked two different room types on two separate occasions. The staff tried ways to keep us from having to shift but needed to be fair to their other guests. They made it convenient to hold onto luggage and even offered to relocate our luggage to new room while out during the day. Fresh fruit and water set out each morning on top of breakfast to take with us and amazing cranberry oatmeal cookies greeting us each evening.

Spacious & Nice!!

The room was a little stuffy and smelled funky when we first arrived. We turned the A/C down and bit and got air circulating and that quickly solved that problem. It would have been nice if the bathroom had a fan because it got steamy quickly and made getting ready difficult. Other than that our stay was clean, quiet, and easy to get to from the interstate.

Absolutely welcomed us warmly.... only thing is that the smoke detector is above the bed, so all night all you see are these 2 blinking lights... other than that, clean! Hot tub and pool were in working order so we did get to enjoy that since it was POURING rain otherwise!

The room is small but lovely. Very clean. No instructions or channels available for tv. The pool area was disappointing as it feels so basic and the pool water is prohibitively cold. Spa is needed to survive the pool.

Not up to Hilton Standards.

Beds not very comfortable, good pillows though. Toilet paper worse than rest area's. Day desk person very nice. nighttime one not so good. Very clean. Pretty extensive breakfast. In the middle of the night a greeting went on and turned on our TV. Hampton replied that it was to go on no time after noon. Also no resource book in the room-a sticker on a mirror to scan QR code. Any idea that older people can mainly afford their prices even with Hotels.com. Many of us have flip phones. Fire the youngsters in charge and get some real manaagement.

We arrived late and had to get up early the next morning so the price was good for the time we were there. However, my air conditioner rattled from the time I laid my head down to the time I got up therefore not getting much sleep. We wouldn't have asked to switch room but we heard they were full and I was already in pajamas and unpacked and my son sleeping. I did share with the front desk the next morning and they apologized but it didn't change the fact I was woke up various times throughout the night and noise cancelling headphones didn't help.
