I enjoyed my stay at the Radisson. I was in a ground floor room that overlooked one of the indoor garden areas. The hotel is big but it has nice areas to hang out in. I enjoyed the pool. The heat in the room didn't work and there weren't any towels in the room, so be sure to check that BEFORE you are in the shower.

The hotel is a little dated, but still nice. The restaurant service was slow, and the food was just okay, but good enough if you don’t feel like leaving the hotel. The pool area is definitely nice and the gym is located there too. You have to ask hotel staff to let you in and out, so that’s a little inconvenient. We were in a quiet part of the hotel and our room had a nice sitting area. Overall, an okay stay.

If you’re looking for rest and quiet, this is not the place for you. They have two party venues that are not sound proof and we heard them party all night. The hallways echo and you can hear anyone walking and talking. Beds are spring mattresses, old, uneven, and the pillows are hard and lumpy. No elevator in the property, but only two floors. But the room was clean and well-located. Parking is included, so that was nice too. There’s a very nice indoor garden and a pool. There’s also a mall just 10 minutes away walking or 5 minutes driving. Our room had a terrible smell, but the staff moved us to a different room without any issues. Not the worst experience, but also not what the pictures and reviews made it seem.

The property is nice conveniently located right next-door to a Starbucks. Inconveniently they have three Radisson vans that do not provide transportation to and from the airport despite having them. apparently the agreement is between the Radisson Hotel and the Mexican airline Volaris staff, staying in the hotel, but not guest despite going to the same location. A plus is that— They do allow you to leave your luggage while you’re waiting for check-in time which is very convenient and gives you an opportunity to go check out the city.
