"Hotel, limpio cerca de centro comerciales y servicios, zona segura, tranquilidad y limpieza dentro del hotel, no me gusto el área tiene zonas un poco oscuras sin iluminación si camina a los centros comerciales, pero no es peligroso, solo caminar con cuidado por el trafico y los autos."

"I love the location, it was clean and really nice environment, close to the City and the airport, many options around to eat,close to San Mateo Atención and Metepec, San Mateo for shoes and leather items,and Metepec for clay items and souvenirs."

"Excelente ubicación, instalaciones en buen estado, me gustó mucho el jacuzzi y la piscina climatizada, el sendero, la cascada, el área para fogata, el restaurante, no me gustó que no hubiera opcion para desayuno a la carta el domingo, unicamente buffet, a veces no todos los comensales tienen tanto apetito seria bueno dieran la opción a elegir, no hay cafetera disponible en la habitación, aunque se puede pedir el servicio de café a la habitación con costo, la habitación es fría pero las cobijas adicionales son muy calientitas, además se puede solicitar encender la chimenea de alcohol o utilizar el calentador eléctrico disponible en la habitación, el personal atento y amable, en general todo muy bien, 100% recomendable, buen lugar para disfrutar, descansar y estar en contacto con la naturaleza."
