‣ Manuel is in charge of the property, cabin and common areas; he takes care of the green areas therefore being close. Also, he can get them more firewood if they need it. You can arrange payment directly with him for the firewood.

‣ PETS. The Host only allow one pet. If you travel with your pet is important to contact us to inform you the pet rules:
-25 USD fee per day per pet.
-Maximum weight: 20 kilos / 40 pounds.
-No dangerous pets.
-No excessive barking or noises generated by the pet.
-No pet alone in the property without supervision.
-Pick up the poop of the pet.
If the Guest is found to have pets on the Premises, this Agreement and any Security Deposit shall be forfeited.
