"Staff were friendly and helpful. I requested a change of room to be higher and this was no problem. Room was cleaned every day and towels changed. Check in quick and seamless. Taxi ordered for departure and bang on time. A thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing stay."

"It was very difficult to find the property as from the car park the entrances aren't numbered so you've no idea where you are going. The property very austere and basic, which initially was a little unwelcoming. It also had a strong stale smell so had to open the window. However the parking is easy and the facilities and setting good so for the price I'd stay for a short trip again."

"Good place for the kids, nice beach nearby. I wish they would clean up the garbage on their property, we saw garbage and even an old towel from our terrace."

"This hotel always have excellent staff in all their areas, specially in the Breakfast Restaurant! The less friendly staff is usually at the check-in but during the night shift. We are remodeling our house in Benalmadena and we always stay here as well as friend and family!"

"The breakfast was very disappointing. Very limited hot choice and sausages and bacon were horrible. Asking for an omelette seemed to be a chore for the staff. No ordinary English tea. Reception staff were very helpful The hotel was a bit further from the promenade than expected A nice hotel but very much overpriced"

"Great view from the property. We liked the place overall. They have onsite parking for a fee or you can park on the street which is not busy since this hotel has a rural location. The only annoying thing we found was that the pool "closes" at a certain time (7 pm comes to mind) and they literally put up a fince around it to keep everyone out. In the morning the pool is not available until almost noon. The town of Mijas seems like a total tourist trap but has some decent food if you can find the place! The town is built into a hill and the streets are steep and winding. Free parking is limited but there is a garage if all else fails."
