"If arriving by car, beware. Two lanes of taxi rank in front of hotel. No where for us to park. Had to find a public car park, then walk to hotel to check in. Staff advised us to park just off footpath then unload bags from car. Then given instructions of hotel accredited car park which is a 8 minute walk away. If arriving by train, no worries, as station opposite hotel. Think that hotel website could give forward warnings of car parking situation in advance."

"Great location and comfortable room. They allowed us to check-in an hour or so early. Did not have the bath we expected but the early check-in and valet parking made up for that. The Lausanne travel pass was a plus given the hilly location of the city. "

"Things were great, my only feedback is about the noise, the walls are not noise isolated, you can hear the footsteps from all the hotel guests at night and early in the morning. It was a bit uncomfortable waking up too early coz of the noise."

"This is a hotel attached to a hospital. Hence a hotel for patients. Lots of travelers taking advantage of the good price though. Very clean. Nice large room. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast included. Metro is very close and convenient. Good water pressure, small shower. Good amenities. Very friendly staff. Offered suggestions on where to dine. Very good recommendation. Very clean! "
