"Arrived to a sign in reception saying it is not manned and to ring the bell. Someone came after a short wait and booked me in. "I stayed here for three nights during May. The hotel is very clean, as are the bedrooms. The bedroom was very spacious, and comfortable, with nice clean bedding and fresh fluffy white towels. Unfortunately, my air conditioning was not working on one of the hottest weekends of the year so far, and the temperature was stuck at over 24° in my room. Also, the breakfast buffet was not topped up quick enough, with some things being empty, or virtually empty, and no fresh bread to slice. Other than that, I did enjoy my stay here, but I’m not sure if I would stay here again."

"The area around this hotel was not very desirable. There were some homeless people in the park we walked through to get to the hotel, and the hotel was adjacent to a casino, which gave it a seedy vibe. On a positive side, the room and the bed were clean and comfortable, but there was significant evidence of a need to repair and remodel the room. There was a faux leather wall covering behind the television and desk that had many scratches and gouges out of the leather surface that exposed the backing and gave the room a sense that it had been neglected. The carpet had more than a dozen tennis ball-sized white spots on it, where they had obviously attempted to clean stains in the carpet, but bleached the carpet instead. It just gave a tired, rundown sense to the room. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Good enough for an overnight stay but not somewhere I would want to be for more than one night."
