From the booking, to checking in, and checking out, it was all a breeze, communication between the host and I was consistent, and no delay if there was any problems. "The property was nice, clean and close to downtown. I would say the negatives would be that it is located in a flight zone. We could hear the airplanes constantly, construction all around at this time. Noise from construction starts at 7. I wish there was a television in the bedrooms. The bed was very comfortable and Vince was very helpful when the internet wasn’t working."

"The loft was nice, pictures are accurate. Over all its a great value and walkable to old towne. The property managers answered all questions very quickly and were quite accommodating. I will say the rental itself is tired and needs some care. The ceiling tiles are warped and falling out, walls are scratched and dinged badly in lots of spots. The sinks do not drain properly. That being said i would 100% stay here again its a great value!"

"The apartment was nice, good location, bigger than expected, and the building has many amenities like gym, pool, grills, lounge that are very good. But the apartment was extremely dirty, all of it, kitchen, carpet, night table, closet, sheets, Flor, etc There was no toilet paper when I got there, one, one of the 2 towels was soaked, no shampoo or soap. I think is the worst experience that I've ever had staying at an apartment."
