"Awesome place "

"Overall considering Brussels high prices this is a good value option, with some issues. The main ones being their check-in and checkouts policy. They only allow you to check-in very late and if you want to actually meet somebody within a tight 2 hour window. I think they might have the option to check in without concierge but that's a risk and I have had bad experiences in the past with other properties. Facilities are a bit dated especially the bathroom and bed had a mattress too thin and soft...

"This property was beautiful and spacious. Even better than in the photos. It was conveniently located within walking distance to the main train station and city center. We never needed a car or taxi. The beds were comfortable and the shower was warm with good pressure. The host was very thoughtful to leave a basket of treats and coffee for the Nespresso. We highly recommend this property and thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"Upon arriving at the property Alex met us outside, shown us around. Room was big and bed very comfortable, breakfast was great and very simple. Location is great to walk to many restaurants in the area, and about a 10 min walk to Grand Place. Enjoyed our staff and would definitely book again if back in the area. "

"This is a nice bed & breakfast. My room was on the ground floor, near to the entrance hall which meant I could hear other guests coming and going. The door wasn’t exactly soundproof, the curtains didn’t quite close but overall it’s a good place to stay. Breakfast was adequate and the hosts were pleasant enough."

"Would avoid staying at this place. There was no hot water. The living area had terrible seats (2 very uncomfortable wooden seats). There was no doors in the place - not even on the bathroom! Contact was impossible with those in charge. "

"Is zeer goed en centraal gelegen, de dame was aanvankelijk heel behulpzaam, hoewel ze ons niet echt verwachtte. Er was echter geen handdoek aanwezig. Toen we die smorgens wilden vragen, was er niemand aanwezig! Dus zonder douchebeurt vertrokken en briefje gelaten. Daar werd kwaad op gereageerd!"

"Francine & Jean Claude are wonderful hosts. The breakfast is fantastic, home made yogurts and jam, warm apple pie a selection of ham & cheese & croissants. Just delicious Their property is beautiful and in the countryside just 20 mins to Pairi Daiza. We had the most wonderful stay in Les Peupliers and will return when we come back to Pairi Daiza. "
