"The room 228 needs a better mattress to bouncy felt like I was on water uncomfortable. Toilet is too short for adults. TV stand can be switched over to desk area and put desk were tv stand is."

"I know there were mixed reviews about this establishment however it was very nice. I went with my mother for the weekend. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The parking at the hotel is $15/night. The Wifi is complimentary as well as the breakfast. It is maybe a 5 minute walk to Pratt District and other areas of downtown Hartford. The room was clean and comfortable. The room had a microwave and refrigerator which was nice. For those that are light sleepers you could hear people outside your room but it did not matter to me. I would stay here again."
