"The staff were amazing! Room was very clean with modern amenities. I love the good Working Air conditioner at this hotel! Their breakfast was amazing too. Hotel shuttle service was super convenient to use and they were very accommodating to our requests! Highly recommend to stay in this great hotel!"

"The rooms are clean and have a mix of modern and art vibes to it. The AC in the room is AMAZING!!! The bed is so comfortable and the shower pressure feels so good. It is like a massage. We wish we could've stayed here longer to be honest because of the hotel and area. Civi is a great city 👏 the vibes here are so amazing. The man who owns this hotel is so kind and very professional. He also helped set up a transfer for us to get to our cruise ship! This is the place to stay :)"

"Wow! What a gem-you feel like you are in a beach paradise far away when in reality, you are 15 minutes from the airport! This sweet hotel is well maintained with fabulous staff (thank you Stefano and Vera were incredibly helpful with suggesting restaurants, transfers from the train station and to the airport and providing great info about the hotel and area. Summer is HOT in this area and our only minor complaint is the A/C is generally controlled, so in the middle of the night, the A/C seemed to turn off for a bit and we were WARM-but it was short-lived. Overall-highly recommend this sweet spot! Breakfast is also delicious!!"

"The hotel is very well located on the main road directly across from the boardwalk along the water. You can walk to the train station, many restaurants and the grocery store. There is no 'free' water station in the hotel lobby. The hotel staff at check in spoke perfect English and were very professional and helpful. We arrived earlier than check in so they held our luggage in a locked room. We booked 2 sea view rooms; they were clean and spacious. The hotel itself could so with some general maintenance to fix wear to walls and doors etc. We had large balconies facing the sea side however, the patio furniture was not in good shape and didn't leave you wanting to enjoy the space outside. The AC worked well. There were large closets with lots of space. The breakfast buffet was really good with lots of choices including pastries, meat, cheese, scrambled eggs, yogurt, fruit, cereal, coffee and juice. We stayed pre-cruise for 2 nights. They can organize paid shuttles to the cruise terminal for you. We walked to the Largo Della Pacce main cruise shuttle hub and boarded the free Princess shuttle to the terminal from there. All in all, good value for money at a well located hotel with kind and helpful staff."

"Our stay at il Giardinetto was on a Saturday for a cruise that left the next day. It was very conveniently located near many restaurants and a 15 min walk to the port entrance. Lorenzo was a fabulous host. Luckily he caught a discrepancy in Google maps that would have led us into a restricted area of the port. Super safe and bustling area."
