"Clean. Comfy bed and super quiet. All amenities provided."

"Is an okay place to stay overnight and couple of nights but not long stay. It can be better the cleaning the floors were really dirty and dusty . But overall good to stay over night"

"Perfect location for downtown Toledo!"

"Great location. My only complaint is that website says onsite parking and that was incorrect. It would have been nice to know where to park before we arrived. Owner did respond quickly though."

"Walking distance to a lot of places downtown!"

"Everything was great - I was trouble with Vrbo, getting back to the address and finding the actual address again.I had way more room than I needed, but thoroughly enjoyed the antiques and plants and especially the balcony to have my morning coffee on!The light switches were hard to find and there was NOT enough light in the bedroom and bathroom."

"Very nice unit and close to everything. Would use again"

"The space was nice and was a lot more open than initially thought which was a nice bonus, however the AC units in the windows need some cleaning as there is visible mold within them that is a huge issue. Other than that, everything with the space was nice and comfortable"

"Great visit!"

"We really loved staying at Jenny’s place. Very cute. It had everything we needed. Jenny was great at communicating. Loved the backyard. So well kept. I’d definitely stay here again. "

"This house was amazing. The host included everything you need in the conformation text so you hardly need to text for anything."

"Cute and homey. And backyard was lovely – private with the wind blowing from the river, so the firepit smoke blew away from us. Would definitely recommend!"

"An absolute gem of a property. Perfect for families or small groups looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway without sacrificing modern comforts"

"Room was very nice and perfect for my time. Price was also great. Very comfortable all around."

"Perfect house for our visit to the grandbaby!! "

"Everything was seamless. "

Exhaust fan in the shower does not work (or we were not able to find a switch?), Bathroom sink still has separate hot and cold water faucets (pre-WW2?),...
