"We arrived during a frog strangler rain storm / tornado warning and appreciated the covered front access. Used the park to walk daily while here as it very open and paths are paved. Made a trip to Robinson, IL to see where the Heath Bar was created which was a nice drive over there. Still have to find Moonshine, IL one of these trips. Yup, we've see Casey several times now and are rather fond of the place. And I'm guessing we'll be back again."

"Place was as described,very well done…you can feel the history with the brick walls and high ceiling… lots of places walking distance to explore… Parking was crowded,but I attribute that to it being prom night and Kentucky Derby day… a great time"

"This property was a little larger than the pictures made it look (in our opinion). It was clean and met all of our needs. We would definitely consider coming back in the future if traveling through Effingham again."
