"My only problem was that I could tell, there was no ice machine. A hole where it should have been. The gal was amazed to hear that, but didn't offer to go down there with me. So I left with no ice!"

"Stayed one night. Had beds, fridge, microwave, breakfast and hot water... I don't need anything else! Was quiet (was on second floor). Front desk person a little hard to understand at times but no big deals. Some confusion on the process around the deposit but also nothing too major. The hot water took a very very long time to get hot so at first we thought it was going to be a pain but eventually it was very hot, so gie it some time before complaining or probably. "This reservation was canceled about a week before in an area with few options and a cycling event in which I was a participant. The hotel over booked and kicked me off with no options. Won’t be booking with the hotel or Expedia any time soon. "
