Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Nightmare

I arrive at 16:00 and the room isn't ready, the house wasn't clean and the owner was DUI, he told me to call him in one hour in order to see if the room is available, so I have to look for another hotel, beside nobody answer my request or calls, and I need a place to stay.
