Our hope at Casa de la Paz is that you can completely unwind and truly feel the peace and tranquility of this special space. The outdoor area is set up with a large covered deck, in addition to an open area that surrounds the pool. The new, expanded pool at Casa Paz was completed in 2022 and only enhances this outdoor paradise; you may never want to leave the backyard:). A small pathway will take you to a smaller deck...enjoy this special platform to practice yoga, or simply sunbathe, and watch the birds and ever changing pulse of the ocean. Whales have even been known to play in our 'backyard' during certain seasons...
If you ever decide to leave the house (you may never want to), you will find the private beach of Redonda Bay a short 5 minute walk away. The sunsets at the beach are by far some of the most beautiful:-) You may even wish to rent a paddleboard or kayak to watch the sunset from your own special place in the bay...

Casa Paz is equipped with all the extras (including a full backup generator!) for those times when the area experiences power outages.
This wood home is warm and comfy, and was built using all local materials, from the clay floor tiles, to local stone sinks. It has two large master bedrooms, with ensuite bathrooms, in addition to two other queen bedrooms. It’s a perfect home for couples, families or a small group.
Lastly, the owners of Casa Paz lived in Nicaragua for 7 years, so they can answer many of the questions you may have about this special country.
