Great accomodation for the price. Staff very friendly and helpful. Our son broke his phone and they went the extra mile to walk us to a repair shop.

no plug near the bed, if you need to charge mobile phone you can not use it on the bed at the same time. The path between station and hotel involve some stair (as footbridge), and a bit far if you insist to the lift. But after all it is good choice if you just stay at Ueno for 1 night.
