Amazing stay this hotel is brand new and everything is exceptional. The location was so close to everything food stores the train station Akihabara. Ueno Park. Very kind and attentive. They allow luggage storage the room was very beautifully decorated with large comfortable beds a full kitchen area and advanced high-tech bathroom and separate shower and tub 10 out of 10. I can't recommend this hotel enough

Everything was fantastic. Literally nothing to complain about. Rooms and bathroom were big for Japan hotel standards, and you will find everything you need in the room itself (e.g. big fridge, washing machine, microwave, shower room with heater blower to keep the shower room warm during bathing and also has function to dry washed clothes overnight effectively, etc.). Room was clean and nicely furnished. Staffs were friendly and responsive to help needed. Highly recommended.

Very good hotel near Ueno park and station, the room is unexpectedly large and the staffs are very helpful. The only complaint I had was the oily odor (like the smell produced by frying foods) in the room, it was subtle but confirmed by the air recycler in the room which sometimes showed orange light (which indicates poor air quality). I wondered if the odor came from many restaurants and grill bars near the hotel. If this was solved, Toki would definitely be the hotel worth revisiting in Tokyo.

Excellent location that’s so convenient to Ueno Station. The surrounding area is fantastic, lots of food and shopping options. The room is spacious for four people. The washing machine is great to have. Never heard any noise from any other guests. Very clean with a great kitchen and nice staff. I’d definitely stay there again.
