This the bottom of the barrel for japan hostels.. the staff is very helpful. Everything else leaves a lot to be desired. Would not stay there again.

Good value

Good value. Hostels like this one are perfect for setting up a "base" when you do Tokyo AND other areas of Japan. Check the commute times with your district of interests, as this isn't Shinjuku. Everything worked out fine (100 yen to use the shower, 100 yens to use the laundromat)

設備は古く、シャワーが1回100円かかる。洗濯も100円プラス洗剤50円/個かかるが、宿泊費が安いので、トータルで考えるとコスパは良いと思う。あまり細かいことを気にしない方で、寝るだけで良いというタイプの人には良い宿だと思う。反面、衛生面や音に神経質な人には向いていない。

Just used edo as a base to sleep and shower. I spent the rest of my time out exploring. Very clean and the guy who looks after the place couldn’t do enough. It was in a great position as only a short walk to the train station. Was surrounded by places to eat. And a short ride on the train to all the major tourist spots.

il y a de la place , tous est indiquer , le personnel est sympa , une machine à laver et un sèche linge à disposition , c'est mixte ! a proximité de la station de métro ! on peut monter sur le toit terrasse , ce qui n'est pas mentionner mais appréciable ! bonne ambiance "que des bons points !

お値段相応。悪くない。

とてもオープンな環境。シャワーは有料。他のベッドで灯りを使ってると明るいのがちょっと気になりましたが、アクセスも良く、受付の方が宿泊の方とコミュニケーションを取っている感じがいいなと思いました。

バイトのスタッフさんらが深夜1時半ごろまでおしゃべりして 眠れませんでした。 あまりにも配慮のない 非常識な行為です。 二度と利用したくありません。

値段相応だが、もう少し出してカプセルホテルにするのをオススメします

空調が良くないです。夏の時期にエアコンから一番遠い場所のベッドにあたると眠れないです。 布団や枕は値段相応という感じで、文句はありません。

もうここを利用することはない

シーツが毛玉だらけ。シャワーのみが1つシャワーとバスタブが1つ各1回100円アメニティは必須ドライヤーは無料備え付け。洗濯機と乾燥機各1回100円。電子レンジと冷蔵庫とポットのみでIHとガスは無い。ダニはいない。シンクに使った宿泊先備え付けのマグカップを置きっぱなしにしているのが多くあったが女性スタッフがいる時はちゃんと洗って片付けられていたので利用客は使ったらちゃんと片付けるようにモラルとマナーを守った方がいい。靴置きがあるのにドア近くに靴が置きっぱなしになっていて女性スタッフがいる時はキレイに靴置きに直されていたので利用客はモラルとマナーを守った方がいい。常宿として契約してる男性が多い。時差の関係なのか夜中や早朝にキャリーケースを動かす音がうるさかったが利用客が荷物を床に広げ過ぎて移動するのに苦労してたら少しだけ片付けてくれたけど自分の部屋じゃないんだからモラルとマナーを守った行動をして欲しい。利用客で風邪を引いてる人がいて私も風邪を感染されたので旅行を中止して帰宅する事になったので利用客で風邪を引いたら旅行を中止して早々に帰宅して欲しかった。

It was better than a normal hotel because you have the chance to meet so many different people from all over the world. I personally met 2 polish guys a south Korean and many more.

ほぼ快適でした。

同じ東京住まいですが、翌日ビジネスの都合で 泊まりました。 場所は、商店街通るので非常によい場所で 便利でした、特に待ち合わせした元同僚の 家が、泊まった宿の近くだったので、宿の近くのバーミヤンで会うことができて良かったです。但し、翌朝9時すぎても電気がつかなかったことだけがマイナスポイントでした。 それ意外は、特に何も問題なく、快適に泊まれました。ありがとうございました。

また利用したいです

とにかく予約料金が安いのがありがたいです。 初めてのドミトリ泊でしたが、みなさんそれぞれ自分の事をしてらっしゃいますし、雰囲気としても特に気疲れするなんて事も全くありませんでした。 各自のベットにもコンセントはありますが、１つしかないので、タコ足プラグを持って行ったほうがいいと思いました。 部屋自体も割と新しい作りな感じがしましたが、もう少し整っていると清潔感はあるかなと思いました。でも気にならない人なら全く問題ないと思います。 Wi-Fiの接続状況も非常に良いのでインターネットはとても使いやすいです (PCなどの機器は自前)。 アメニティはしっかり準備して行けばよかったと思いました。 周辺には徒歩３分くらいの所にコンビニとスーパーがあります。

我慢することが大切ということを学びました。

　新小岩は今回、初めて訪れて面白くて楽しい街だと感じました。短期間の滞在だったので細部まで観光出来なかったのが悔しいですが… 　まず、宿泊の前に知ってほしいことは、洗濯機及び乾燥機に関してです。私の滞在期間、ほとんど使えない状態でした。使用されているのがゲストさんだったらまだしも、スタッフさんの私物やシーツ等を常に回していて、終わってもおきっぱなしでなかなか使えず、最悪12時近くでも使えない状態でした。それが何度もあり、この度いちいち謝られても時間が戻ってくる訳ではありません。せめて、連続でスタッフさんが使用するのはやめてほしいと思いました。 次に、滞在最終日に発覚したのですが、消灯はゲストが行うということです。滞在中に数回消灯時間を過ぎても電気が付いていたり、おしゃべりをしていることがありました。これは正直堪えました。消灯時間が早かったことが理由で、この宿泊先に決めたのに結局休めないまま…。また、TVがある談話室のような部屋がありますが、エアコンが無いようで暑い夏は長時間居れません。他にもありますが、良いこともありました。沢山の国の方々とcommunicationできる機会に恵まれ、その国の文化を知ることができ、日本の素晴らしさを再確認できました。ホントに良い方々とお話しできて良かったと思っています。 ゲストハウスに慣れている方はおすすめできるかと思います。

Good place to stay!

I stayed here for approximately 8 days and was comfortable the entire time! Yes I did have to pay 100 yen for a 15 minute shower but the cost per night made it worth it! I would stay here again.

寝るだけなら充分！

受付も感じよく丁寧。利用者の荷物が無造作においてあるので雑然としたイメージがあるが、寝るだけなら充分だ。なによりコスパがいい！シャワーもコイン式15分なんで長風呂されないから待たなくていいのが助かる。 ただ、便座が冷たいのとウォシュレットじゃないのが残念‼
