This was beyond my expectation. Normally the hotels that I stayed in Tokyo are very tiny, which we wouldnt have much space to walk if we have our suitcases opened. But the rooms in East Square are spacious and there are dinning area which we could enjoy meals and snacks and drinks everyday together. Staffs are friendly and helpful, and the environment nearly are quiet and safe. Definitely will recommend to my friends who come for family trip.

櫃檯人員服務態度非常好 除了會介紹公共設備 還會帶人進入房間介紹房間裡面的設備 英文也說的很流利 溝通上沒有障礙 我住的是可以住到六人的房間（兩個人睡榻榻米） 有流理台跟洗衣機 還有提供餐具跟鍋具等 相當齊全 住起來也相當舒適 下次來還會考慮
