Very convenient hotel. Walking distance to bars, restaurants and cafes. Nice room with great amenities. Staff were ok ( not too friendly but not rude). Hotel room was in a separate building than the hotel, which was extremely confusing and wasn’t luggage friendly lol

Very close to subway. Lots of restaurants nearby. Our room was small but clean. Bathroom had a strange smell. My husband says it’s the fiberglass resin they had in the bathroom. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Pretty good for the price. Was in a convenient, central location of tokyo, thus it was easy and fast to get to many of our tourist destinations. There's daily room service cleaning. The futons are comfortable. Bathroom was comfortable. Toiletries provided as well as a microwave and room wifi was also a plus as we were not expecting to have those. Air conditioning remote was a little confusing to operate and we were not able to adjust the room temperature, so it was too cold for one of us. Our room was located in an annex building a little down the street from the main lobby, but we didn't mind, as we didn't need to go to the lobby for anything besides check-in and check-out.

Very nice and very clean. Very well situated. Staff very helpfull. We were a bit cold (January)… We suggest to ask the desk for extra heating (we did not know we could). Perfect for a family of 5!
