"Booked a room for four. 2 twin beds, a sofa bed and a bunk bed. Place is small but everything you need is there. We used the kitchen stove and microwave and the washer/dryer. Toilet is separate from the bathroom which is good if you have multiple people. Detergent was provided. Lots of towels. The shower water temperature was a bit finicky - takes a while for the water temperature settings to kick in and seems to not stay on one setting. "We ALWAYS stay at Hilton Tokyo Bay every trip to Japan! The BEST STAFF & Hilton Hotel! We love it there! The staff is always so friendly & helpful! Having stayed there numerous times, we have made friends with some of the staff members! The rooms are big and very clean! Comfortable and it is not your typical Japanese Hotel room. Very spacious. All I can say is LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this hotel & their friendly staff! We will be staying there again on our next trip to Japan…hopefully soon! 😊"
