"I was surprised that the staff at the reception desk spoke no English—nada. Hence communicating was quite difficult since I don’t speak any Japanese, nada. "Hotel room was big and spacious with lots of surfaces for spreading out your stuff. Only complaint was a lack of power outlets and none by the bed. There were two by the desk and luckily we had brought plugs that could support two charging cords. Breakfast was excellent with a huge variety of Japanese and western options at the buffet. Location right beside the station was very convenient. Easy walk to the shopping streets and lots of restaurants. Hotel also offers a variety of dining options. Would highly recommend."
