My only issue was I never received an email with the check in instructions. So was delayed about 40 mins getting into the room while talking to customer service on the phone. There is no local staff. So make sure you get the email or call them before arriving. "

"Very helpful staff. There is a washer dryer in the lobby for guests to use. Ask for a room with a window. The hotel is in a complex that has private apartments and offices so your room may overlook an interior space. Also, once you figure out the access codes, it is simple."

"The apartment was in an excellent location, clean and modern with everything needed. The only issue I had was I did not receive any of the check in instructions or lockbox information ahead of my stay as stated on hotels.com. Luckily the hotel manager and apartment owner were very helpful and assisted me with checking in but this was an hour after the check in time stated and only when I returned to the apartment block to enquire myself.
