Kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum

Oda halıları eski ve birçok yerinde büyük lekeler vardı. Mobilyalar çok eski ve tozluydu, temizlik yapılmadan bize tahsis edilmiş. Banyo çok eski ve banyo duş kabininde yerleşmiş aşırı lekeler ve izler vardı.Banyo silikonları birçok yeri kararmıştı. Tuvalet kağıdı yoktu istedim sonradan getirdiler. Yatak temiz olmasına istinaden bir gece zor kaldık ve ertesi gün oteli değiştirdik. Havuz da bone zorunluluğu olmasına rağmen kimse kullanmıyordu ve şezlong altlarında sigara izmaritleri vardı ve pisti. Soyunma kabinleri pis ve hertarafı aşırı ıslak ve havlu , peştemal sağa sola atılmış bir vaziyette sorumlu oturup telefona bakmaktan vakit bulamadı anlaşılan. Kapalı otopark mevcut giriş ve içerisi biraz dar . Resepsiyon personeli kibar ve ilgiliydi. Kahvaltı çeşitliliği yeterliydi. Fiyatını haketmeyen bir otel. Kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum

Otel 4 yildiz ama zaman icinde eskimis ve bakima ihtiyaci var. Kahvalti cok basitti 4 yildiz seviyesinde degil. Ayrica 4 kisi olmamiza ragmen 3 kisilik oda verip bi ekstra yatak atmak istemediler. Biz 4 kisi deyince 4 kisilik odaya gecince ekstra ucret istediler. Mudurle uzun tartismadan sonra ekstra ucret almadi.

Bei ca. 25 Grad war die Klimaanlage ausgeschaltet und man muß schweißgebadet versuchen zu schlafen. Bei Rückfrage hat man uns gesagt das sie es ab 15 Juni einschalten werden. Essen war ziemlich mager vertreten, sodas ich nur wenig essen konnte. Das Bad war ziemlich veraltet und vieles war verrostet. Habe mich nicht getraut zu duschen. Das einzig gute war die Lage... Derhalb kann ich es nicht unbedingt empfehlen..

Personel bir otelin kalitesidir..

Otel rezervasyonumu hotels.com dan aile odası şeklinde yaptırdım otele gittiğimde resepsiyondaki kadın bana kafasına göre ek yataklı bir oda verdi, ben aile odası parası ödediğimi söylememe rağmen oldukça saygısız bir üslupla tersleyerek umursamadı , allahtan hotels müşteri hizmetleri devreye girdi de konforumuz saplandı , açıkçası tekrar tokata gitsem bu oteli kesinlikle tercih etmem . Birşeyi yapamasa bile insan bunu söylemenin bir nezaketi vardır bu nezaket kesinlikle resepsiyondaki kadın çalışanda yok çok terbiyesizdi!!!.....

We stayed at this property as a stopover on the way back to Ankara. It was a cute little town with some local shopping areas. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Only issue was that the AC was weak and sketchy WiFi connection.

Tokat'ın tarihi merkezinde,özel otoparklı tertemiz bir otel...Yürüme mesafesinde Taşhan,Ulu Camii,Tokat Kalesi,Saat Kulesi...Yattığım en konforlu yatak diyebilirim...Kahvaltı harikaydı.
