"The property is ideal for groups snowboarding or skiing. A 15 minute walk from the Yuzawa-Gala gondola, which is also the train station. There is also a ski and snowboard rental place 100 metres down the road which offer reasonable pricing, good service and a bus/van drop off service."

"Single night only but found it to be a great location if travelling by car. Plenty of space and good facilities (couldn't get the cooker to work though). We'd stay again for longer next time."

"一軒家タイプで部屋数や設備も非常に充実しており、2家族で十分楽しめるのですが、1階和室に蟻が大量発生し部屋を封鎖せざるを得ない状況になり、それだけが非常に残念でした。後日ご厚意で宿泊費は返していただいたのですが、きちんと補修された際にはまた利用したいと思っていますので、期待しています。"

"家族行事のリンゴ狩りを毎年この季節に行なっていて、今まで長野の色々なホテルに宿泊していました。今年は一戸建てを貸していただけるactive houseに予約。子ども達も含め大人数で予約しましたが、一戸建てを借りているため、家の中でどれだけ遊ぼうと、周囲の目を気にしなくて良いのはとても良かったです。また、11月中旬の寒い時期ではありましたが、庭でのBBQも楽しめました。ピザ釜もあり外のテラスで防寒対策をして昼食をたべました。家の中で料理した際も、調理器具も揃っているため、助かりました。部屋数も多く、普段自分の部屋を持っていない子供達は、一人部屋に大興奮し、夜になるとそれぞれ部屋で一人で寝ていました。部屋にはカメ虫が多く出ると、管理人の方がガムテープを用意してくれていたため、子ども達がゲームのように部屋の中で見つけては捕まえてくれて安心でした。夜の星空が綺麗で、裏の駐車場に行ったところ、鹿が4匹歩いているのを見ました。度々電話やメールで管理人さんに問い合わせた際には、とても親切に対応して下さりました。家族でゆっくり過ごせました。また利用させていただきます"
