The swimming pool was a fantastic length to do laps in, and the buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of western and Asian options. Our room was spotless with a beautiful view over the ocean. "Great location and accommodating to foreigners. Worth booking if you are looking for a "apartment hotel" with a kitchen and space to do your own thing. Imagine the space and number of beds would be a great benefit for larger groups. Bear in mind there is no check in staff to assist unless directly requested. But this was what we looked for so worked well!"
"Overall, our stay at ANA was a delight. Breakfast options were plentiful and upscale (especially the Japanese offering) and service was always friendly and top-notch. My only suggestion would be to have a small section of the pool reserved for adults-only, as I felt the property was more so geared towards children (all three pools) and less towards adults/couples looking to relax. "The staff were great. The room was really small and stuffed full of furniture so not a lot of extra space. The bed was really hard and there were only two pillows on the bed, with no extra ones.
The hotels was really close to lots of great restaurants. "
"The Breakfast Hotel lets you make your own smoothie in the morning. It's a winner for all guests.
Overall a great hotel with an open bar for happy hour between 5 and 8pm.
A couple of the parking spots could be better for lower ride cars. But generally parking is easy . Be aware of the one way street though!

The only thing we were very disappointed in was the poor level of English in the reception area. It was painful and at times impossible to inquire about anything. They have a service app that was helpful with most things but when it wasn’t working or it wasn’t a simple matter and you have to go through reception it is very difficult. "
