"Our stay here was amazing. I'm just sad that we only had two nights here, as we could have happily spent several days exploring the local area. We enjoyed the traditional Japanese inn and rooms, which were simply and beautifully decorated. The communal baths were nice, and I especially enjoyed the Hundred Year Bath, a delightful outdoor stone hot spring bath. We loved the private onsen, which we booked both nights of our stay. The ryokan is located near to many restaurants and bars. Tyler and Mari will tell you about the various options in the area and answer any questions. If you want a traditional Japanese ryokan experience, we highly recommend Kamesei Ryokan."

"The hotel was excellent and a two minute walk from the train station. Food options were limited but the is a lsrge Delicia supermarket a ten minute walk away. Lots of choice for breakfast but it does get crowded."

"Comfortable beddings on tatami mattress floor. Excellent shuttle service. Spa/baths were very relaxing (not busy at all). Reasonable prices including meals. "
