"We arrived, for our fifteenth anniversary, to swans swimming in front of the dock. We caught a couple bluegill and sunnies. We got to explore the lake quite a bit too! We watched deer on the shore, and two families of geese corraling their goslings. This was a perfect little get away, and the perfect spot for some R&R"

"This modern take on the classic A-frame cabin is located on a quiet lake. My wife and three dogs needed a break from suburbia. The property manager was great in communication and making sure we had a issue free stay. It was nice listening to loons call and just being in nature. If you want peace and quiet this is the cabin for you."

"Let me start out by saying that this is a GEM of a find in Minnesota, if you like to have a secluded lakefront cabin! I do recommend that you have a high clearance vehicle and if it has been really wet, I recommend a four-wheel-drive vehicle. I would NOT take a low car down that road. The cabin is very clean and the grounds are well-maintained. The kitchen is well equipped with everything that you could need. The beds are comfortable and the couches are comfortable and even recline. There is a TV with a VHS and DVD player. There is a big fire pit in the yard and a nice tiki bar on the deck. The pontoon and dock are very nice for fishing. The fishing is very good on this small lake (only a couple cabins on the lake), we caught walleyes, northern pike, bass, perch, crappies and bluegills. It was nice having a fish cleaning house, because the mosquitoes were thick. I do suggest bringing a bug jacket with you and bug spray. I HIGHLY recommend this vacation location, we will definitely go there again!!!"
