"Bereits beim Self-Check-in gab es Probleme, sodass dieser nicht ordnungsgemäß funktioniert hat. Ein unkomplizierter Check-in war dadurch nicht möglich.
Auch das Zimmer hat leider einen sehr enttäuschenden Eindruck hinterlassen. Es wirkte lieblos und wenig einladend und entsprach aus unserer Sicht keineswegs dem, was wir von einem angeblichen 3-Sterne-Hotel erwarten würden. Hinzu kam, dass es nachts sehr laut war, sodass eine erholsame Nachtruhe nicht gewährleistet war.
Besonders unpraktisch...
"The large, heavy window fell into our room and onto one of the beds as we entered the room. The receptionist was helpful in moving our room and helped to hold the window out of the way while we grabbed our things. However Hotel Management has not even bothered to reply to the message I sent to them 7 days ago telling them about the incident. At least an apology would have been nice.
A change in our travel plans meant we were not able to use two of the breakfasts we had paid for as our trains...
