"I have stayed here a few times for work and Nicky always goes out of her way and nothing seems too much trouble, I am not a huge breakfast lover but have to say the breakfast was cooked to perfection and plenty of choice, surroundings of the guest house and views are amazing, thanks Nicky and Darren and I shall be staying while im here for work whenever there is availabilty"

"Patrick and his wife were very welcoming, the property is dated but comfortable and clean and very reasonably priced. The surrounding area is a short walk away, with some nice pubs, restaurants (with gluten free options), shops and a Tesco etc... The only thing that would have improved our stay would have been some comfy chairs or small sofa in the room as I personally struggle watching TV in bed, due to health issues, but other than that it was a pleasant stay."

"The building is absolutely lovely. The rooms a really big. We were allowed to check in early. The hotel location is really central. Although close to the railway line. So could be a bit noisy. The breakfast was nice and set in a lovely setting. The hotel offered free drinks on a happy hour which was a lovely surprise "
