"Lovely hotel, very grand 🙂 the room was clean, comfortable and huge!! Very easy to check in with the self check available and the welcome binder explained everything you needed to know. We didnt sample the breakfast this time, but will definitely next time! It smelled wonderful 😍 i would happily recommend this so all types of stay, great prices! "This is a lovely hotel, welcoming, full of character, and lovely rooms. Our visit was somewhat spoiled by a noisy air conditioning. The temperature was set at 28c we woke up at 3am, hot and sweaty. initially, we were unable to switch it off, or turn it down. We eventually got back to sleep, but woke up shattered. The hotel were excellent in sorting out a partial refund, but we would rather have had a good night’s sleep."

"We had a break down with the second car so we could not use it in the end. I did check In and had a good look around it. It was clean and functional to a very good standard. "

"From the moment we entered Friendliness was the Name of the Game! Tasha showed us to our room and told us everything we needed to know. The room was nice, large, well renovated, bed was very comfortable. We went to eat in the dining room for our evening meal which was delicious. I had the Hanger Steak which was cooked to perfection, my husband had fish and chips which was great too. Breakfast was included and what a choice we had. Everything you could think of was on the menu, juices, cereals, then the poached and scrambled eggs made in a variety of ways plus the conventional bacon and eggs, toast etc. Really good, very friendly and a great experience. Thanks to all."

"This place is an absolute gem. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and the bed was huge and really comfortable. There were plenty of teas and coffees and some nice biscuits provided and a bottle of water, the bathroom had hand wash, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in, the food both at dinner and breakfast was fresh, hot and delicious, the parking was in a locked garage round the back, we both thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you to all there 💕"

"We stayed in the family room with bunk beds, the room was huge, curtains separated the bunk bed area from the main room. We will definitely book again next time we visit longleat safari park"
