No children in sight, and honestly, that added to the peaceful vibe. Every interaction with staff felt effortless and attentive, making me feel genuinely valued. Although dinner was offered on-site but I was not offered a recommended to dine-in, we opted for doordash, the next morning a young man at the front desk highly recommended the breakfast as we were checking out—and I’m so glad we tried it. Each dish tasted delightfully homemade, and watching the chef work was a treat. When my bank card unexpectedly declined at payment, Ms. Ella handled the situation with grace and kindness. She invited us to linger over more tea and coffee, and within 15 minutes everything was resolved. Her warmth transformed a stressful moment into a memorable one. The heated pool was another highlight—inviting and impeccably maintained. My only suggestion is to extend the evening hours beyond 7 p.m.; the post-sunset pool atmosphere was incredible, and ending it so early felt like a missed opportunity. All told, a flawless 10/10 experience."
