"Lovely resort. 2 bedrooms sky loft was fantastic - a very large a comfortable living/dining space, two large bedrooms with great in suite bathrooms with shower and tub, top floor balcony with pool/dining/lounging space. Staff were friendly and attentive. Resort's main pool is very large and has a section to please everyone - swim-up pool bar, kids toys/space, plenty of length for those wanting to exercise swim, and many sitting/lounging chair areas. There is also a diving pool. Beach is great and has multiple lounge chairs/ bean bags to accommodate guests. Spa was excellent and gym was great with lots of equipment options...likely the best I've experienced at any hotel property. Several dining options - all were good. There are dining specials and happy hour daily. They also have complementary airport shuttle!"

"The staff was very helpful and kind. The elevators were a little screwy but I cant complain. It was conveniently located near the airport near local markets. My room had a great view of the city and overall it was a great experience."

"Japan in Da Nang: no passport stamp required! 🌸 Walking into Mikazuki feels like you've been teleported straight to Japan. The property is absolutely stunning, and every corner is a photo opportunity. The reception staff were just wonderful, and so were the rest of the staff in the hotel. Warm, genuinely helpful, and always ready with great tips on what to see and do around Da Nang. It's also a dream for families. Between the in-house water park, TWO lazy rivers, an infinity pool and the game rooms, the kids (and let's be honest, the grown-ups too) never ran out of things to do. You could easily spend your whole holiday without leaving the resort. Breakfast was another win, with loads to choose from, so everyone found something they loved. I think there were like 5 other restaurants in the hotel to eat from as well. Five days was nowhere near enough. We'll definitely be back! Thank you from Kenya! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"I stayed at Red Palace Hotel for 8 days and 7 nights, and I was absolutely delighted with my experience from start to finish. While it isn't the fanciest hotel and did seem a little run down in places, it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I had no issues with the hotel at all. My room was cleaned every day by two lovely housekeeping ladies who did an excellent job. They changed my used towels daily, scrubbed the toilet, emptied the rubbish bins, refilled the complimentary water bottles, and made the bed beautifully each day. Their attention to detail and consistency were truly appreciated. Everything in my room worked perfectly. I had no problems with the air conditioning, the toilet, or the hot and cold water in either the sink or the shower. Breakfast was included with my stay; however, I didn't try it as I'm a bit of a fussy eater! 😄 One unexpected bonus was the hotel's location. Although it's on a main road, the hotel sits back from the street, so I barely noticed any traffic noise or beeping during my stay, which made it nice and peaceful. The biggest bonus of all was the value for money. For what I paid for my 7-night stay, I honestly couldn't have asked for more. Overall, my stay was comfortable, clean, and hassle-free. I would happily stay at Red Palace Hotel again and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for affordable accommodation with excellent housekeeping and great value."
