"What Diamond! Great place to stay."

"Beautiful and historic hotel. A gem in Tlaxcala."

"Great option"

"Staff was very polite and helpful, parking right in the property, a small gym and a yard. New property. Very good stay."

"We arrived after a long stretch of driving and we were pulling a trailer. The staff went out of their way to assist us in parking the trailer in a secured area in their parkade and also walked us down the street to a restaurant to ensure it was still open and food would be available. Way above and beyond service!"

"Hotel is very nice and clean. The staff is very nice and accommodating."

"Beautiful hotel"

"The Hotel is nice and clean just a suggestion ... have an extra blanket because in this time of the year is cold and the hotel doesn't have a heater, also just check your towels some of them are really old. Other than that is close to everything, the food is good the staff are all nice."

"Bonito Hotel"

"Buen trato"

"Clean room, street parking"

"Overall, the property is old, the room was little bit dirty, front desk very rude, the rest were very kind."

"El hotel es pequeño, pero encantador, el restaurante tiene vista a un pequeño río que bordea la propiedad y forma una pequeña casacada. El aroma del hotel es delicioso, ornamentos de muy buen gusto y el personal siempre atento y respetuoso."

"La habitación limpia, cerca de lugares, bien para familiares."

"Hotel staff was very friendly and professional."
