El restaurante, la comida, el personal de ahí muy bien. Pero la recepción no nos dio recomendaciones. El estacionamiento es reducido y tuvimos que hacer malabares para salir y el personal de recepción nunca estuvo. Considero deben trabajar en ello.

Secluded property in the middle of a forest. Connect with nature while relaxing in the pool area, orchids trail or getting a massage. Breakfast buffet is good, service is great. Nice party room upstairs, perfect for your private events. Rooms are nice a spacious. No tv or phone in rooms. No ac either but there’s a fan available. Weather in August is nice.

Todo bien con el lugar, rústico pa desconectarse tuvimos problemas por comprar en Expedia llegamos y aunque estaba pagado no estaba registrado la reserva, siento que les falta tecnología y comunicación ya q si te arriesgas a llegar y q no esté reservado. El personal excelente en sus atenciones y para hacer el check out pues prácticamente dejamos la llave no había nadie así q yo creo les falta personal en algunas áreas. Recomendable pero puede mejorar

El lugar es ideal para descansar del ajetreo de las ciudades, muy silencioso y con paisajes hermosos. Solo en el caso del administrador tarda en contestar los mensajes para realizar las actividades que sugieren

Has varios tipos de habitaciones, desde las privadas hasta las que estan en el edificio general. En epoca de frio debes elegir las de chimenea. La atencion es magnífica, siempre atentos. Ideal para meditar, estar en paz. El restaurante es genial, delicioso. Altamente recomendable. El camino para llegar estuvo un poco estrecho, no lleves auto se suspensión baja, pues el acceso es de terraceria.

Nos mintieron con hotel boutique 5 estrellas

Está calificado como hotel boutique 5 estrellas y las habitaciones muy mal acondicionadas y como toco un día lluvioso los sillones para leer ( los únicos q hay son los del restaurante) son duros e súper incómodos, yo lo calificaría como hotel 3 estrellas, el personal muy amable pero pésimo las instalaciones ya q no cuentan con las comodidades necesaria para hotel boutique 5 estrellas.
