Had a small hiccup with Hotels.com, but everything was sorted out, and the lady that manages the hotel was very understanding and patient while we worked through it. "The hotel was clean and staff was great. The front desk should take some new courses on service. The pool closes early and gym is outdated. Also no guests allowed as well . Great for a family that goes to bed early on vacation The connecting rooms are terrible, you can hear everything thru the door and light comes in . Not good for a solo travel or if you want to stay up past 9pm. "
