"El exterior de la casa es precioso y muy seguro para los pequeños. Tienen animales y es muy entretenido para los peques. Todo vallado. Te da mucha tranquilidad. Todas las habitaciones bien de tamaño. Casa funcional, no echamos de menos nada. Buena comunicación con el dueño..Repetiremos!"

"You would want to rent this little cottage mostly for the great location (5 minutes walk from the beach) and outdoor seating area with nice little pool and awesome bbq. The cottage itself is quite basic, but you'll want to spend most of your time outdoors anyway. The cottage doesn't have any shutters, so it can get very warm in the summer. Sleeping with the windows open can be a challenge because of the AP7 highway nearby."

"Cozy little house with a wood stove to keep it warm during the winter evenings. Good location for walks and close to the town of El Perelló and the beach. "

"Wir hatten zwei herrliche Wochen in der Casa Rocca bei Marc und Ilse. Haben die Ruhe und vielen Spaziermöglichkeiten außerhalb von El Perello mit unseren beiden Hunden sehr genossen - absolute Freiheit und Frieden um die Hütte herum und dennoch nicht weit zum Einkaufen und schönen Stränden. Auch Mitte bis Ende Oktober hatten wir noch wirklich Glück mit dem Wetter und viele Sonnenstunden. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft!"

"we experienced a very relaxed holiday watching over the rice fields, watching the birds and fishing little carps in the private pool. the owners are very friendly and guiding you to the nice spots and restaurants. The place is also dog friendly as all is well fenced. A place to go back!!! Thx Eric!!!"

"La casa estava neta, les habitacions preparades, però teníem 4 trstes estfes electriques per 5 habitacions, que si posavem a l'hora saltava el diferencial de la llum. L'aigua calenta del pis de dalt sortia quan volia i finalment vam acabar dutxant-nos tots a la planta baixa. "

"wij dachten door foto's een vrijstaand verblijf te boeken, maar was midden in het dorpje Pauls. met steile weggetjes. geen uitzicht vanuit huis naar de bergen. ook geen tuintje of bbq."

"Maison vaste et splendide, très grand jardin parfaitement arrangé et entretenu, avec beaucoup d'arbres fruitiers (orangers, citronniers...). Nous étions 8 adultes, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Barbecue impeccable. Beaucoup de sites intéressants à visiter dans les environs. La maison gagnerait toutefois en modernisant les sanitaires. En résumé, expérience très positive. Et merci aux propriétaires de si bien entretenir cette belle demeure."

"Very nice holiday cottage with a fantastic view over the river and across the city Benifallet! You find everything you need and the landscape is fantastic! Anna Mari and Oriol are very kind and helpfully hosts! If there is a problem they find a solution immediatly. The cottage has its own pool and they take care about its cleaness. Nice location to spend your holiday time!"

"La casa nos ha gustado mucho, éramos un grupo de 11 personas con nuestras mascotas y hemos disfrutado mucho durante 4 días, en el porche se estaba de lujo, la casa muy equipada con muy buena calefacción así como muy acogedora , los anfitriones pendientes en todo momento, repetiremos sin dudarlo!!!!"
