"Soon as we arrived the outside was dirty, the lobby was dirty. there was only one clerk on at 5:30pm and he was very overwhelmed, long line. We got to our room and the floor was soaking wet from the A/C unit leaking, mold all over the wall where the AC was. When we tried to leave the room the handle came off in our hands and we couldn't get out .
