"The Villa was just as described, clean and with a lovely little balcony with stunning views over Sveti, just as in the pictures. The balcony was in shade for most of the day which for us was great as the weather was sunny and very hot for the time of year! The walk down and back to/from the beach using the steps is steep so not for all but you can take a more leisurely walk up the winding road for an easier walk. "A charming old mini stone built ex fortress now lodgings, on the banks of the fjord. The owner Alex was helpful and explained the brief history of the place. Warm and comfortable, well equipped room still (with an old gun slot in the thick wall). Locally there is a mini market and restaurant, with Kotor, approx 1.5km away. Blueline buses stop here every hour and taxis are available. There is one ground level room with the rest a short stone stair climb. Recommend"

"Lovely apartment with perfect views out over the sea. Alao had a lovely pool area which was much needed in the heatwave. Cleaning staff come in everyday and make a spotless job. Good communication prior to arriving as it can be a little difficult to find. Be aware its up a steep winding little road and van be found via a big blue sign on the right hand side after a sharp bend. We stayed 4 nights and had everything we needed. There is only a hob top though, no stove, incase you want to self...

"Fantastic place to stay for rest and relaxation. The apartments are located away from the hustle and bustle of Budva. The views of the ocean from here are spectacular and the pool is great. "Absolutely wonderful experience. To the people complaining about expensive bottles/minimum spend: that is ONLY at the Beach Club, which is only 1 of 3 levels, and the same as any Nikki Beach Club you go to in the world. Cabana, table service, loungers, etc. NOBODY will pressure you to spend money, but if you want that experience, it comes at a price. You get what you pay for. There are also free pools and beach. The restaurant is very fairly priced. The courtesy car provided by hotel is cheaper than any taxi. The price they are charging is very reasonable for what you get. It is a true 5 star hotel. The rooms are gorgeous, the staff is excellent. If possible, get a room facing the water/mountains, it was incredible. If you’re lucky enough to speak with the concierge, Nikola, he is probably your best resource for knowledge and attractions around Tivat and Kotor. He made our stay absolutely excellent, and took a lot of responsibility off us getting to and from our destinations. I have no complaints what so ever, and plan to return next year. Thank you Nikola, and thank you Nikki Beach."
