"We positioned ourselves in Cambridge Springs PA so that we could travel up to 6 hours northeast to 6 hours southwest to catch the 2024 Eclipse. We were fortunate that we needed to only travel about 2 hours west to Ohio to catch the best weather. We would have had a wonderful view from the Cambridge Springs location, but were unsure about the weather. The cottage was homey and well stocked with everything we needed. "This is the most well stocked VRBO in which we have stayed. Eggs from then farm chickens was such an added touch. The setting is beautiful. My daughter’s graduation pictures ended up looking like we picked a professional photographer. Note, the shower is upstairs only and the steps are steep. There is a deep bathtub downstairs, but for my older family this presented a challenge."

"My family had extended family from Ohio come to visit so we had a gathering at the property! It was perfect !! Just right amount of space and the decor is amazing ! Perfect size to entertain around 35 people ."

"We stayed here because it was in close proximity to my daughter’s house where we celebrated Easter. She didn’t have the room for us to stay, so we rented here. It was so comfortably rustic and cutely decorated with spacious gathering space and comfortable sleeping spaces for adults and kids. We felt very at home!"

"This was our second stay at this lovely house on the river. We had 6 adults plus our dogs, so we were thrilled to find a place to accommodate such a large group. Enjoyed the front porch overlooking the river, which was big enough for all of us to use at once, and made use of the back patio with grill. Many charming antiques throughout the house and a beautiful (and large) hand made dining room table. We brought several kayaks and really enjoyed the river. Lisa was the best - very quick to reply...

"We loved meeting our adult children for a quick weekend together at this cute yellow brick house. The code was super easy, the host responded to my texts immediately, he made everything easy. I almost didn’t book this house because I thought the beds looked uncomfortable in the pictures, but they were actually VERY comfortable for everyone! The living space and kitchen space is super big and comfortable. Nice dishwasher, handicapped accessible bathroom with shower on main level. I loved having...

"The property was exactly as described in the listing, immaculately clean, quite comfortable, and perfect for my needs. It was a place for me and a friend to stay over the Easter weekend, but would be an ideal setting for a family gathering, hunting camp, or just a pleasant getaway from busy city life. I would definitely stay here again, and probably will, as my brother lives only 10 minutes away."

"We loved staying in this beautiful old house! We enjoyed the character of the old house and the new updates! The bedrooms were beautifully decorated! We also enjoyed the game room. Only problem is that it is not handicap accessible. It would be nice if that was listed on the online description. We would highly recommend this house to others."
