"This hotel has the best bedrooms I’ve ever stayed in a hotel. They were huge with every facility required, fridge, hairdryer, toiletries etc. The reception and restaurant staff at the hotel were brilliant, friendly, helpful and attentive. We ate evening meal a couple of times and the food is really good and good value. Could not fault the place."

"A real hidden gem! Palazza Della Bianca is amazingly comfortable and clean; simply breathtaking. Walkable to the Leaning Tower, many restaurants, and souvenir shops. Owner, Ivanka, was extremely friendly and helpful as we needed to arrange transportation back to the train station at the end of our visit. Highly recommend this hotel!!"

"Well, on the positive side - the hotel is new, especially the bathroom. Big walk-in shower - no phone booth - and it has a closing door. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.
