"Nice breakfast with lots of choice, comfortable rooms. Parking very useful. Excellent restaurant, we had a delicious dinner. It is a bit out of town though, buses fairly frequent so not too bad."

"Lovely hotel in excellent location, walking distance to restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping area, museums etc. couple of minutes walk from bus and rail station. Hotel is lovely, huge rooms, clean and comfortable. Our room overlooked the piazza which was busy, but we had no noise so great soundproofing. The pool is across the road so easy to get to, however they have limited sun beds so need to get there earlier. Hotel staff were helpful in guiding how to get to certain places. Staff were very polite and overall hotel amenities were good. The hotel does not offer the free Suditrol travel pass and you have to go to the bus station to buy one, despite what it says on the internet! Had a lovely stay here and would return."

"Such a beautiful hotel in a great location to see the area. Bolzano was great with several shops and restaurants. It was a short drive to Lake Carezza and Seceda which allowed us to see a lot on our short stay. Amazing breakfast with a variety of local tastings, a self service beverage bar. Incredibly accommodating staff and a truly a relaxing retreat. Highly recommend!"

"The front desk staff and the manager were extremely friendly and accommodating from check-in to check-out. Our flight got cancelled and we couldn’t make the first night at the hotel (booked for two nights). We booked through expedia and the hotel manager went out of his way to reimburse the first night, although it was non-refundable. The hotel was very understanding and empathetic towards us. We got our money back within 2 days, all thanks to the manager. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who plans to travel to Bolzano. This hotel also offers the most convenient location and a rooftop restaurant where you can have an amazing breakfast with a breathtaking view of Bolzano town center. The room and the amenities are new and modern. We will no doubt to stay again if we go back to Bolzano."

"We were greeted by very friendly staff and due to the heatwave we were automatically moved to a lower level big room to ensure our comfort. The ambiance of the hotel is lovely and so is its history. We received a free voucher to the town pool which was a nice surprise. My biggest reason to pick this hotel was its location, could not ask for a better location when traveling alone with one child, one feels safe. The hotel also included a big breakfast with plenty of choices. Sauna/wellness area is also pleasant and so is the gym, small but caters to all needs. Highly recommend."
