Great choice!

Front desk staff was so helpful! Great location. Breakfast was amazing - huge with eggs, bacon and sausage - and all delicious. If your room is too warm with thermostat not going lower than 22, they will reset to temperature you like if you ask at front desk.

Beautifully quiet despite its central location. Spotlessly clean and a very comfortable bed. On a very hot day, the air conditioning was much appreciated! And the breakfast buffet is excellent.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They recommended some restaurants with amazing food. The location of the hotel is very convenient. The only downside was the location and size of the parking lot. It’s behind the hotel in a tiny street and the lot is very narrow and tiny. The guy in charge of the parking lot was friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel with good location

Nice hotel with good location. However the AC wasn't cold enough, unfortunately you couldn't set it below 22. The worst part was that there was a glass wall to the shower and toilet area. They had a screen cover it, but you could see through it, so it didn't really feel comfortable to take a shower in there as we were 2 friends sharing the room. I prefer to be alone in the bathroom....

Most things about my stay were excellent, including the breakfast and the quality of the rooms. However, I did not like that you cannot lower the A/C below 22 degrees celsius; I didn't like that when I confirmed a change to a day earlier, I was turned away because they were "full" and I had to spend that earlier day at another nearby hotel. If a hotel confirms that I can stay, I expect to be able to stay. If a hotel isn't sure, just don't confirm!

This is a review for the 2nd room (9th floor), since I reserved two rooms and have already submitted a review for the 1st room (11th floor). The location is great, being next to Skanderbeg square. Due to being so close to a major road, there is road noise during the day but by the night the traffic dies down and there is no more noise. The rooms have beautiful color schemes and the bedrooms can be spacious, depending on the room selected (11th floor was much smaller than 9th floor). The breakfast is excellent. The staff is quite friendly and helpful. It would be nice to have a luggage rack for larger luggage in each type of room. If I go back, definitely this would be a place to stay, because overall I liked the hotel. After all, every property has something that is excellent and something that is less excellent.

I had two rooms, one for 4 days and the other for 2 days, at the hotel. Some of the staff, including the person late night and specifically some of the evening staff, were really very helpful and friendly. My room’s shower had an issue that obviously could not be fixed while I stayed in that room for 4 nights: the floor of the shower is not level, and the drain is a few millimetres too high compared to the rest of the floor. So, this means that after a shower, water pools on the floor of the shower and there is enough depth of that pool that it will not dry up even in 24 hours. If two people take showers one after the other, the second person would find themselves standing in a few millimetres deep pool of water, which is not an appealing idea. Obviously, this will require rework of the floor tiles of the shower - there is really no other way to solve the issue since it is a construction issue. But other than that I really enjoyed the stay. I would likely stay at the same hotel next but would hope to be in a different room The breakfast was really quite comprehensive and excellent, including both local and international items
